That turned out looking awesome Robert! I really like the look you were able to get with your weathering on both the wood and metal, and the print is really cool! Nice work!

I wanted a weathered, antique look and used fence pickets, pallet wood and some 2 x 4’s I found laying around. I used modelers weathering powder to give it a rusty look. Logo was done using a Laser photo copy from Staples, glued on to wood with acrylic painters gel and after dried I used water and rubbed the paper off to expose the logo on to the wood. See Youtube on how to transfer photo to wood. Side panels are from an old piece of corrugated metal I had out back. Burned the top with a torch before clearing everything. The cooler now sits outside our river shack on the Saluda here in Easley, SC. Thanks Pete for the plans!

That is absolutely beautiful! And I love the contrast of the dark boards on the lower shelf and on the lid! I’m impressed!

Thank you Pete for the awesome plans, very easy to follow, this is my second piece I’ve ever built. I added the extensions that https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/265db0f2e76f6378e7931c5be17ee13b9f80c600bd4d90a9cb44d67accb8facb.jpg I borrowed from another follower. Thanks to that gentleman for the idea.
