Hi Ryan, unfortunately there is not really a great way repair broken off corners. I think that it would be easier to do another pour. Make sure that your support mesh goes as close to the edge of the pour as it can and that the concrete is cured before you remove it from the mold. If you have any question about whether it is all the way set or not, wait at least another 24 hours. Sorry that your corners crumbled, sometimes is just happens. Hey Mark! There are concrete releases you can buy. PAM cooking spray actually works well though and is what I use from time to time.

Thanks Mike! In the summer months we’ll use it an hour or 2 at a time. I couldn’t tell you the exact burn time, but it lasts a lot longer then I expected and I fill it a couple times a summer.
